Imagery

 "Whatever you want in life is within your reach" if you  "Want it, Imagine, Believe.  It Manifests".

Imagery is a state of focus or purposeful attention. In imagery a person learns to relax and mentally picture whatever they want to achieve. 

Whatever you personal target, imagery allows it to happen because of the systemic workings of the brain. Everything realigns to allow your goal to happen.

In disease, imagery targets the proper functioning of the body, directly or metaphorically. Nick Hall, a Psychoneuroimmuniology (PNI) specialist at the University of South Florida found that Cancer patients using imagery doubled their Lymphocytes and fought tumours more successfully. 

In therapy, I work with the clients to find their own personal imagery to suit their needs. Imagery is a very successful and powerful tool once you learn how to use it. Whether your target is professional, personal or linked to health, imagery is effective, non-invasive, safe and gentle therapy.
