Cognitive Therapy

Cognitive therapy helps correct unwanted negative thoughts that impair optimum functioning. Used in a variety of settings, it is simple and powerful.

Cognitive Therapy effectively deals with a variety mental, emotional states that negatively affects social, personal, professional and health spheres.

In the field of Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) Seligman and Levy researched the effect of Cognitive Therapy on people with melanoma and colon cancer. The therapy helped them to change ‘mind state’ to positively affect their immunity.

Their immune system analysis showed a stronger natural killer cell activity than those with no access to Cognitive Therapy.

I use cognitive therapy to release deep emotional and mental blocks that are preventing you from achieving your full potential. The focus is on identifying, challenging and changing negative mental and emotional patterns into constructive ones for balance, health, growth and success.
